As the world gears up for 15 days of Chinese New Year celebrations, starting on February 10th, Vivo Energy Kenya, the Company that distributes and markets Shell products and services in the country, has taken proactive steps to solidify its longstanding relationship with the Chinese business community in Kenya.
The company hosted a dinner in Nairobi, serving as a platform to celebrate and strengthen collaborative ties between Vivo Energy Kenya and the Chinese business leaders.
In his address during the occasion, Mr. Peter Murungi, Managing Director of Vivo Energy Kenya, expressed appreciation for the invaluable contributions made by Chinese investors to Kenya’s economic landscape.

Mr. Murungi emphasized the crucial role of Vivo Energy in supplying high-quality fuel, lubricants, and other essential products to support Chinese-led projects in the region through its partnership with Shell. He also highlighted their special licensee relationship with Shell, which enables them to market and sell products of the highest standard to their clients.
