The husband of the Rongai landlady who held an end year bash for her tenants and waived their January rent has died in unclear circumstances in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County.
The German, Speer Ulrich Andreas aged 74 was found dead in their house on Tuesday at around noon.
Andreas arrived in the country on Sunday March 12 and was scheduled to travel to Malindi on Wednesday, March 15 where he was going to purchase a piece of land.
